Kotokukai's Nakano Sensei Featured in Hiden

Nakano Sensei of Aikido Kotokukai, who has taught me since my high school days, is being featured in the December 2021 issue of the monthly martial arts magazine Hiden.

The shiho-nage and other techniques we practise at Katoh Dojo are based on the principles Nakano Sensei explains in the video.
