Nakano Sensei's DVD Released
Shuichi Nakano Sensei of Aikido Kotokukai, under whom I have trained since I first began aikido, through my years abroad and at university and still today, was interviewed by the publisher BAB Japan and has released an aikido DVD.
At Katoh Dojo, too, our practice is based on the methods of Nakano Sensei, who was taught by Arikawa Sensei.
