The “COVID-19 Guidelines for Aikido” dated 24 June have been amended. The main change concerns mask-wearing under “3. Points to note when conducting practice”.
As a result, the Aikikai’s position is that wearing a mask during practice is not mandatory.
Accordingly, at our dojo too, wearing a mask is now optional.
